Holistic comes from the Greek word "holos" meaning whole. The holistic approach to treatments takes into account a person's whole being – mind, body and spirit.

It is believed more than 75% of illness are caused by stress related conditions.  By looking after the whole of yourself you become more aware of how you are feeling.  When you feel low, your body will start to feel low.  When you feel happy, your body will respond.

And when only 7% of our communication is verbal the rest being our body language and our tone of voice we realise how important our everyday interactions are.  When we become more self aware, the things in life we strive for become more easily available.
